1. The client shall be given a total 2 Hours for project related discussion within the project development phase (from project finalization till demo session). 

2. Any product related enchantments after sharing agreement and finalization the project shall attract additional charges. 

3. The company will test the developed product, during the course of development. The testing so done will attract additional minor cost which shall be communicated to the client in advance. 

4. The client will have to handover their API activated trading account for at least 3 days for final testing. The account should be loaded with basic amount so that the testing can be easily performed. The company shall not be liable for any obligations, if the account is not loaded for testing.

5. The final product shall only be delivered, after the 80% payment is received. Client shall be offered period of 15 days for project related queries, client will have to pay extra charges if client contact the company after these 15 days for any queries or any enhancement in project.

6. Final project will be delivered only after completing 80% of payment.

7. After 10 days of final handover, client should make remaining payment.

8. After back testing if strategy is not having good report and you also don’t want to go with the modifications that we have suggested then 10% of the fees paid by you till now will be refunded.
